Though I didn’t exercise as often as I planned to,
I tried intermittent fasting and
feel so refreshing afterwards, esp after big meals!

2021 年只剩返一個月。不知道你們達到了所訂下的目標嗎?

作為美食及甜品愛好者,
keep fit 和保健真是很重要。

根據文獻及資料,
低醣飲食能有助穩定血糖,
配合168輕斷食更能提高代謝,
真是好處多多!

在進行了1410、168輕斷食後,
餐後睏倦的感覺真的少了,
血糖也較穩定。

不過,此方法並不適合所有人。
嘗試之前,
一定要先了解及閱讀可靠的資料,
讓生心理都做好準備,
才能發揮作用。
