Low carbs and sugar diet

Description

High carbs and sugar diets are bad for health. Not only do they affect your skin( probably leads to acnes), but also increase the risk of type II diabetics, heart disease and could cause weight gain.

As a dessert-lover and bread-lover, it's hard to cut them for all. Here are my choice:
1. Record the sugary food (ie desserts, ice-cream, soft drinks) on my calendar every time I have it (I allow myself to have them twice a month. I used to have
2. No carbs for dinner( but with more proteins, ___kg*1.3kg, and good oils instead)
3. Consume fruits like berries, apples than banana anf grapes
4. Exercise for 30mins five times a week
5. Drink enough water (____kg*40ml)
